I just sent this to the White House. I had to have to keep tweaking it, but I eventually get what’s in my brain. I feel like a fraud because my writing is so horrible. I don’t speak exactly like this, but I can put facts out verbally very well.
Me and AI I sent this to the president
Embracing Natural Heart Health and a Healthy System
Dear Mr. President,
I again write as a friend who loves this country and is worried about our people’s well-being. We often feel powerless in the face of illness, but there are four important truths that can save lives if we recognize them. I hope you’ll consider them and help our country act on them, out of love for our families and communities.
First, natural lifestyle changes can protect our hearts without relying on more drugs. It may sound simple, but a lot of heart disease can be prevented by the way we live. Leading health organizations recommend basic steps that everyone can follow. For example:
• Exercise regularly. At least 150 minutes of moderate activity per week – like brisk walking – is known to cut heart disease risk dramatically .
• Eat whole foods. A diet rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, nuts and healthy fats (like olive oil or fish) protects the heart . This kind of diet lowers blood pressure, improves cholesterol, and calms inflammation.
• Maintain a healthy weight and avoid smoking. Carrying less body fat and not smoking makes the heart’s job easier and walls of arteries stronger.
• Manage stress. Chronic stress can raise blood pressure and damage the heart over time . Practices like adequate sleep, meditation, time in nature or faith and community can keep people calm and heart-healthy.
These are proven, side-effect–free strategies. In fact, studies like the famous INTERHEART study show that most heart attacks are linked to things we can change (smoking, diet, exercise) rather than genes or fate. If more Americans followed these commonsense steps – which I’m sure you agree are beneficial – our heart disease rates would plummet without even needing a single new drug.
Second, please remember that good doctors want to help, but many feel trapped in a broken system. A recent survey found that 81% of primary care physicians say they cannot spend nearly enough time with each patient . They work 50–60 hours a week, juggling thousands of patients, and often end up just writing prescriptions rather than really listening . One doctor bluntly said, “We know the healthcare system is broken” and that time pressures force physicians into assembly-line care . This is heartbreaking for those who went into medicine to heal people. We should empower our doctors by giving them time for preventive care – where they can coach patients on diet and exercise – instead of pushing pills as the only solution. I know you care about families getting the attention they deserve; maybe we can reform Medicare/Medicaid rules or support community clinics so doctors aren’t always on a clock.
Third, I’ve become convinced that there’s a kind of psychological warfare against public health going on. Every day, Americans are bombarded with ads, news, and even well-meaning doctors who make us scared – scared of cholesterol, of aging, of normal life itself. Critics call it “disease-mongering.” In this scenario, minor issues or normal feelings (a little sadness, slight high cholesterol) are branded as dangerous diseases in need of medication . For instance, one report warned that even boredom or mild mood swings are being redefined as medical conditions . We hear “you must control every number or you’re a ticking time bomb.” This constant fear keeps people anxious, and ironically it can make their hearts weaker (stress itself harms the body ). I know you have the courage to cut through hype. By encouraging truthful information and balanced guidance, you could help break this cycle. Education campaigns that focus on hope and practical steps (rather than fear) would be a powerful gift to our people.
Finally, rejecting the broken system is an act of love – love for our country, our friends, and our family members. It means speaking out for truth and choosing what’s truly best for our health. I am not asking people to be rebellious or extremist; I am asking them (and you) to be courageous and compassionate. Imagine: a parent who refuses unnecessary statins in favor of extra family walks and vegetables, a community that grows gardens and encourages neighbors to fish and hike together. These actions come from love and build a stronger nation. By promoting natural health and fixing our healthcare system, you would be protecting not just individuals, but the American spirit of self-reliance and care for one another.
Mr. President, I have faith that you value what your fellow citizens value: truth, justice, and well-being. Thank you for taking the time to read these thoughts. I share them sincerely and without judgment, because I truly believe they can save lives if given a chance.
Thank you for your service and listening. I am ready to stand with you as you lead us toward a healthier future.
Sincerely,
A concerned citizen and friend
it’s almost amazing how people run from me how people turn from me and on me a few people have seen me for a little bit like on here some of you specifically Mark he gave me money couple times others of you too. I don’t want money but like I have the best nonprofit that I need help with and it’s a pretty great investment I think.
This is what I wrote in the moment. No edits, no polish — just me speaking the truth like I always have.
“We pay them to poison us.
Then we pay them to fix us.
And they profit on both ends.
Even our healing is part of their business model.
We’re waking up.”
They should actually be scared. Because with this tool — this AI — guys like me, guys who never went to college, who were told we’d never make it, we finally have a way to fight back.
People like us aren’t expendable.
We’ve kept this country alive — working the jobs nobody else wants, grinding, surviving.
And now we speak truth.
We should figure out a new system where the things that keep us alive are rewarded — and the things that kill us…
We start to excise them from our lives with impunity and expeditiously
